  • Rev. Moose

    Managing Partner/Co-Founder

    Rev. Moose stands at the forefront of developing artists and organizations from around the world. Having co-founded NIVA (National Independent Venue Association) to serve American independent venues and promoters, his work as executive director of NIVA and NIVF (National Independent Venue Foundation) was recognized across industries with Clio, Webby, and Pollie Awards. Moose greatly extended the global reach of The Syndicate and CMJ by creating US programs for international talent, building from his history managing a diverse roster of international artists as co-owner of The Underground Management.

  • Matthew Field

    Partner/Co-Founder

    Matthew has a broad understanding of the business and legal issues affecting the creative industry. His background is in fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to new projects. Matthew has previously worked in private practice advising early-stage companies, investors, and entertainment professionals on legal matters affecting their businesses. In addition to his duties at Marauder, Matthew is licensed to practice law in New York and works with a boutique business, entertainment, and intellectual property law firm.

  • Cecilie Nielsen

    Senior Director of Special Projects

    Cecilie Maria Nielsen manages all aspects of Marauder’s special engagements from early conceptualization to on-site production. Cecilie’s work in music events started when she launched a live music non-profit at the age of 17. She went on to DJ in Copenhagen’s alternative club scene while working at one of Europe’s most prominent music venues. She came to New York City in 2016 to secure her Masters in Music Business from NYU. Since starting with Marauder in 2017, Cecilie has been instrumental in launching a new events and special projects department; she has overseen Independent Venue Week since its US inception in 2018 growing the initiative 20 times over in just the three first years; starting in 2019, she oversaw four consecutive editions of A2IM Indie Week.

  • Carson Vickrey

    Director of Marketing

    Carson Vickrey specializes in creative, technology, and marketing solutions for the independent music community. She excels at developing innovative marketing and event strategies for music and non-music partners alike. With a Master’s degree in Music Business from New York University and an undergraduate degree in International Business and Management from the University of South Carolina, Carson combines her analytical mindset, resourcefulness, and creative drive to envision and implement inventive solutions. Her passion lies in the intersection of policy and activism within the music industry which drives her work on all projects.

  • Bobby Nicholas III

    Marketing Manager

    Bobby found himself enamored by the music industry during his time as the Student Creative Coordinator at WERS 88.9FM while attending Emerson College in Boston, where his experiences allowed him to grow his marketing and creative expertise. After graduating with a BA in Visual Media Arts, Bobby moved to New York to further his career. Alongside his work growing Marauder’s clients’ marketing capabilities, Bobby oversees The Port Authority Music Export Academy—a Marauder initiative built to help international music professionals build their projects in the U.S. Outside of this, Bobby has years of experience in graphic design and photography, and can often be found in the photo pit at various shows in and around New York City.

  • Marley Collins

    Media Specialist

    Marley Collins’s background as an independent musician got her interested in the music industry at a young age. This interest originally brought her to Marauder as an intern while in college, where she quickly took to digital marketing and radio promotion. She graduated from the New School with a BA in Culture and Media and minor in Code as a Liberal Art, and returned to Marauder full-time post-graduation. Her media and algorithmic literacy, as well as her background in music, give Marley a valuable perspective on the new music industry landscape and the skills to help craft successful media campaigns.
