Strategic Operations Specialist
(NYC, Part-Time/Hybrid)

This new role of a Strategic Operations Specialist is to serve as the hyper-organized, proactive operational engine for Marauder’s leadership, initiatives, and client deliverables. This is a perfect role for an elite organizer who thrives in creating processes and order. This person will be tasked with streamlining Marauder’s internal systems and ensuring smooth and effective operations. This position requires managing a multifaceted universe—overseeing the short- and long-term tasks for the Managing Partner, directing Marauder’s internship program, and keeping external projects and initiatives the Managing Partner is involved in moving forward smoothly. More important than experience is having the right drive, the ability to offer and implement creative solutions, to work locally as part of a global team, and to communicate effectively in writing and in person.
